Hobby Lobby Pre-Leases 59,166 SF
Retailer Inks Deal at Proposed Shadow Creek Town Center
Hobby Lobby leased 59,166 square feet at the proposed Shadow Creek Town Center in Pearland, TX. The arts and crafts retailer plans to take occupancy by July.
The center broke ground this month at State Highway 288 and FM 518, and is expected to have most construction complete by the summer. A 150,000-square-foot H-E-B grocery store is anchoring the center, which will also include a mix of restaurants and specialty goods.
Scott Schillings of Staubach Retail represented Hobby Lobby. Will Deane of Transwestern represented the property's ownership, a joint venture of Transwestern, WCF Development and Buchanan Street Partners. Deane and Lindsay Miller of Transwestern, along with Amanda Fox of Fox Properties, are handling marketing and leasing, while Transwestern will handle the management.
