The Pearland TX real estate market is holding its own.... The trends for Northern Brazoria county are moving up and the days on market are holding steady.. I think we are still in a buyers market, but the months of inventory is starting to decline and with the main buying season just getting started, we could see a swing back to a sellers market before the end of summer.
