I would like to thank Danny for making this website possible and doing the work that it required to be up and running.
As President of the HOA I would hope that all residents will do what it takes to keep our neighborhood a nice place to live. We need to keep up the maintanence of our homes, so that our property values stay up and we are proud to call Riverwalk our home.
If you have issues that need to be resolved or see others that have issues please let us know by way of this page or calling our Management company.

In response to the recent letter that was sent out asking residents to pay an additional $50.00, I would like to suggest the following:
I propose that we have a neighborhood garage sale, where residents donate items and time to setup and run this garage sale, all profits going to the homeowner's association. If we all contribute to this effort, I am sure that we can raise enough funds to get us to where we need to be.
I welcome the opportunity to discuss this idea with my fellow neighbors.

I would like to thank everyone who attended last nights annual Riverwalk HOA meeting. We have a great neighborhood, and people who live here, care. Thank you for taking your time to attend and participate.
Thanks for a great meeting on Monday. I feel badly that I hadn't attended more often. I agree we must raise the assessment. Oh, and the community yard sale is a good idea. I have lots of stuff to contribute. Thanks for all the work and research you guys did for the meeting. I wish more people had attended to get this information.

ROA sends letters out telling they are in trouble because of "people like me" who don't pay dues. My yearly check has been in their mailbox for over a week, they have not picked it up. Can't be that desperate. Stop sending me letters that make me feel bad about my financial situation if you are not doing your job. Cash my freakin check and quit sending nasty letters.
